What do I need to provide as a client?
We encourage your input throughout the design process for preferences in colors, graphics, and content-related features. However, your main focus will be to provide informational content such as text,
pictures, and your logo. We request that any content that you submit be in electronic format such as a word processing file or email message. While we will accept photographs and printed materials,
they tend to slow down the process and may incur additional charges.

How long does it take?
Depending on current workload, our designers can have a homepage design and layout ready to submit for your review usually within 2 weeks of your initial consultation
and receipt of your deposit. The entire process can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks depending on the complexity of your site design, number of add-on features, and receipt of content from the client.

How much will it cost?
Costs vary depending on the size and complexity of the site and are typically determined after the initial consultation. However, we want to give you a good idea of what to expect
up front so we have prepared a price list of website packages and add-on components and services.

What is the difference between the Basic and Standard packages?
Our Standard package is the best fit for most small and medium size businesses. With the available a la carte menu of components, services, and pricing; this option provides a site that can grow as your business grows.
Our Basic package, while providing a professional-looking, small business Web presence, is limited in its size and complexity. We will work with you to determine the best solution for your business.

Are there any hidden costs?
No. There are no hidden costs or other unexpected expenses. Our website packages and price quotes are for complete, delivered websites. After your site is online, the only cost to keep it there is the $100 annual hosting charge.
We will explain it all in our consultation and even give you a 50% discount on the first year.
We do offer upgrade options and a la carte add-ons to enhance your site's functionality. These will also be discussed at our consultation and included in our price quote.

What if my site requires updates and changes in content?
There will be no charge to change or fix minor elements within the site for the first 30 days after the site is launched. After 30 days, a reasonable hourly maintenance rate will apply.
As an alternative to this pay-as-you-go option, you may purchase a block of time at a reduced rate to be used in the future as needed. These can be purchased in 10-hour increments and will not expire.

Can I make any updates myself?
Yes. While many areas of the website require a professional web developer to make changes, several of our add-on components offer the capability of client updates.
For example, you could login and upload photos to a gallery, post a blog entry, or maintain an events calendar.

Can you "guarantee" top placement in the search engines?
Guaranteeing a top ranking in the search engines is impossible. With 25 billion websites online and thousands more added every day, the competition is tremendous. Search engines have to periodically visit each site to index them.
We want your website to rank as highly as possible in search engines, so we consult with you on your targeted keywords and phrases, and build them strategically into your code to enhance your search engine visibility. We will also suggest simple things that you can do to help your search engine rankings.
